I did see Sharpton admit to as much in a televised interview a few weeks ago.  It wasn't a wholesale apology, but it was an admission that there was rush to judgement.  I'd be shocked if you hear anything from Jesse Jackson, though.  Not surprising as he is basically a white-collar criminal in my book.
