Actually David, I haven't seen the movie you reference. Prolly never will.

Let me ask you some questions I asked a friend; and let us see your reply:

As recently as a thousand years ago, Greenland was an agricultural land that now cannot support the vineyards, let alone, the grain fields it did from 1000-1150AD. Presumably the earth was warmer then; and does it matter that the waters around Greenland are warming sufficiently again to cause a territorial dispute over a formerly tillable but since long ice bound island?

The ice caps of Mars are said to be exhibiting signs of global warming, in that they have been melting for several years running. What might the incalculable common denominator be?

And, is it really science, if 'all the data' is not accounted for, in favor of consensus?

Doubt full.

I would suggest there was an equally unreliable consensus in the 70's regarding an imminent humanity annihilating ice age.
