Well, Ed...this all depends on the anatomical location of the CHOP. In the Cambodian Book of Chopping Techinques, it is sometimes permissible to give a victim a good "neighbourly" Chop, called a "Chop Stik", which just gives the person a haircut, reminiscent of a marine "jar-do", nothing more. These are usually done on tourists who nose around just a tad too much. While it may be a little disconcerting to have one's "Holiday in Cambodia" interrupted by an axe whizzing by as you ride your motorcycle around the streets of Phnom Pehn, giving one an instant haircut, I think the result to one's posting abilities, if anything would be enhanced, as opposed to, for example, having the temporal lobes resected.......
