After watching Roy Orbison's "A Black and White Night" which had Burton and the rest of Elvis' TCB band from the 70's as the house band, I did a quick check to see what he's been up to recently. I had no idea that after Elvis died, Burton joined John Denver's band and remained with him until Denver died. Are there any guitar solos AT ALL in a John Denver song??!! Especially solos of Burton's caliber of playing. "Annie's Song" or "Rocky Mountain High" don't seem to fit Burton's style. Hmmmm I can't believe I didn't know about this.
