The choice of Mitchell does stink to high heaven of conflict, but hey, why should Baseball be any different. And yes there are plenty of other "guilty" parties but Bonds seems so thoroughly an unpleasant a human (black, white or other). and the juice wasn't banned before 04 so... We'll see. But I don't expect any real action to occur as long as Bud is president.
