Ren and Stimpy (particularly the Firehouse Dogs) were a great alternative to all the GI Joe/He-Man cartoons I'd seen ...later on, a friend of mine, who's a graphic artist said -'why are we constantly looking at something's ass?' -  her ass had re-entry friction....she threw out a baby walrus, an elephant, a  horse that looked somewhat like a donkey saying 'No Sir.  I don't Like It'.
