driving around LA last weekend, i noticed that that public park at Alvarado & Wilshire looked like the kind of place where all the knick-knack vendors might fold their tents up in the shade and gangsters might stand around ya drinking beer and lemonade. yeah, lotsa parks like that in la-la land, but thought i'd take a wild guess. eh?
