It's Christmas morning here (7 a.m.). The girls have just discovered their new bikes (that took John ages to assemble in the shed last night, even though they were meant to be 95% pre-assembled...). I'm surprised you didn't hear their shouts of delight from where you are!
It's summer here (not that you'd know it - it's been the coolest start to summer on record) - max. temp. expected today of around 22 C (72 F). Quiet day planned - just my Dad and the 4 of us.
