yeah, they've outwronged The Simpsons for a while now - by quite a bit sometimes. the old guy having that fucked-up musical daydream about being a 50's housewife with Chris Griffon as his hubby, with identical-looking kids...that shit was uncomfortably goofy-weird.
but the best was Peter throwing canned/boxed foodstuffs out of the pantry and hitting Lois in the head with them, laughing and bonding with the baby, Stewie, who eventually says "Yeah, you felt that rice, didn't you, bitch?"
(Stewie is compleeetely matricidal, with a football-shaped head and blue-bloodish accent, megalomaniacal tendencies, delusions of grandeur, the whole nine. classic.)
but, yes, cartoon babies can say that on network TV at 9:00 on Sunday nights now. progress! heck, they just put South Park on UPN locally but not til 11:30, at least, and FG is way wronger at times. shockingly outrageous stuff possible at any moment. compelling viewing! I LOVE FOX!!!
