OK AL, don't laugh, but here in the states we have this eating establishment called "The Cheesecake Factory". It's a chain. I think it can be found in most large cities or the surrounding suburbs. You should see the sizes of the meals and the desserts. It's hilarious watching the herd move in and the heard move out. I think Katheryn would fascinated by it? All customers (eccept the extra wide folk from the midwest) leave with "leftovers" comtainers.

Btw, overall Italy has had the best coffee I have ever had, though recently in San Diego, I had some damn fine espresso at one of the coolest coffee shops I've ever happened upon. Starbucks has one of the worst espresso's I've ever had.

France has the best bread

England had the best Indian food

Germany, the best meat dishes.

Ireland the best Guiness.
