  The Stamford, Conn based company, Weekly Reader Corp. that publishes Teen Newsweek, Current Events, Current Health and Career World employed Noel Neff as an editor. Neff faces two charges of using "the Internet with the intent to travel to have sex with a minor," FBI spokeswoman stated.

According to MetroWest Daily News of Framingham, [MA] authorities informed MetroWest, Neff was arrested in the parking lot of Franklin Village Mall. Allegedly the Weekly Reader editor had arranged to meet with a minor for sex.

According to the FBI, Neff is currently being held until he appears before U.S. District Court in Boston.

Neff’s arrest comes on the heals of a former Newsweek publisher and 9-year member of the New York State Board of Regents, Robert M. Johnson, being indicted for downloading child pornography on his business computer and attempting to destroy the evidence once Johnson became aware he was under investigation. See
