wow. i manage to hear so little of what's out there these days. happy to see some crossover between your list and some lists i've seen from the college kids (especially IRON AND WINE). wonder if i'll ever hear much of it.ray lamontagne was on one of the late shows recently... or it was repeated recently.and JOLIE HOLLAND. i'm liking her.
another voice i just heard and like a lot is DEB TALAN. i'm hooked on her song "the gladdest thing".to hear new music via radio, i only listen to online stations these days. and i've been listening to less of the local college station and more of the stream-only station from a cabin in talkeetna, alaska. a funky setup for you onliners...wholewheatradio.orgattention peter mulvey fans: he's playing live there on the WWR sunday night, 8PM alaska time.
