GW has expanded government spending. He's not a conservative. He's about bigger government in way the Clinton's could only dream about. And his crew have turned his head to imperialism, All Hail George.Did anyone notice when he was talking about 'spending OUR capital' for his political purposes that he would turn his head to the left and get the littlest of smirk?
