Babies are starting to grow up because it takes to long. The Mothers could be help along the pregnancy. And the adoptive parents could be checked out better. Yes its a descent system, but sometimes you hear horror stories. See I love children...And I would go to jail for someone else's child if I happened along a Molesting, Starving, or other serious abuse situation.
