Actually getting people to the polls is always a problem, especially with the elderly--no matter what side people are on. Growing up we always helped the elderly get to the polls. It's just plain neighborly. Here, I have no car. Maybe piggy back rides. Donating to organizations, campaigns you believe in--also helpful, of course. I wish I was able to go to a swing state like NH and just spend days canvassing door to door, but for various reasons, I am unable to escape work. I know there is a varitable army of people doing it at current there and in Maine.
