Yes, I am one who has been known to run on heavy fuel. But even I find the concentration of it in this area near the stadium is hyper intense. Mind altering substances in excess in an excessively large group of people has long led to violence and usually does not make for a docile bunch. But then again, I've been to shows in stadiums (150,000 in Montreal once where they were serving tons of Molsons and Labatts in the dugouts) where everyone was just grooving and pleasant as could be. A crowd is always a funny thing and the dynamics of it are often quite interesting. That said, I will certainly be on the other side of the Charles during these games.
