I know this is going to sound naive and/or idealistic and probably would never work, but I have always wished that the world would set up an international rapid response force, led by my beloved America, that could react quickly to murderous, thuggish leaders, dictators, etc. and with the equivalent of an international warrant go in and stop the killing. Of course I'm thin on details and balancing soveriegnty(?), but it feels horrible to sit back and debate resolutions and diplomatic measures while thousands are murdered. And before anybody brings up Iraq, I have to say I'm happy Hussein is not killing anymore innocents, I wish we had deposed him 12 years ago, my biggest problem with Iraq is the unilateral approach and the deception and constant changing of the reason for attacking Iraq. I have always felt that it was a good thing we intervened in Bosnia-Herzegovina(?) and wished we had done the same, if not more, for Rwanda, Liberia, and on and on and on . . .
