Whenever you see the word "its" (the shortened form of it is) quite a number of times it is spelled "it's" (with the apostrophe between the T and the S) when it should be "its'" (with the apostrophe AFTER the S and NOT before). This mistake is made by even the GLOBAL NEWS MEDIA CORPORATIONS.
I say: Kent, you are unequivocally wrong in the above assertion, and I'm more than a little curious to know where you received such information. There is no such word as 'its' followed by an apostrophe and yet your so-called writing is rife with it (or should I say right? Rite? Ripe? What the hell! I'm gonna have to invoke editorial license on this one...). Despite seeing incidence of the error all over your 'website' and throughout your 'Study' (tee hee) Module I was going to keep my mouth shut, since I believe you to be, quite frankly and undeniably, deranged. But you're such a jerk about these things, so damn sure of yourself and all, and so full of denial when called to account, that I just can't help myself... Check it out below, and if you want to obfuscate and obviate by questioning the integrity of the source, feel free to consult an expert of your choosing. Now, halve ah dun mah homewerk er whut??
What about its', with the apostrophe after the s? — Never, never, never. Wrong, wrong, wrong. Not in this language, you don't. Its, "belonging to it"; it's, it is. That's all. [Revised 8 June 2001.]
