Yes, it was a tragic plagerize from Bob Dole's eulogy that he'd read at the passing of the late Richard Nixon of which I found online.  Evidently, your jockeys must have gotten hold of you in a terribly painful spot.  It just goes to prove that you haven't the thinking cell and paints the picture of those out there that just get way too bent out of shape on the politics.  Peter ... lighten up, loosen up and live a little.  'Nuff said.
