I noticed that about the PSA's.  That's common when a station starts up.  I'm surprised they didn't have an Ad Staff out for months trying to drum up accounts, but there's certainly some reason that I just can't see. 

I tried to listen for a while last night at home but kept getting interrupted by phone calls. So I just shut it down and went to sleep.
