Greetings:Recently, as the tenth anniversary of the passing of Bill Hicks was
observed, the Austin Chronicle newspaper ran a tribute to Bill
Hicks. One of the people who contributed was David Cross. Others
who participated in this tribute were Jeanine Garofalo, Henry
Rollins, and my friend Kevin Booth, who produced all of the
projects Bill Hicks was involved in during his lifetime.David Cross' comments are about two-thirds of the way down on
