"But Bush is still gonna cream yer guy because yer guy is as nuts as the people on this board, and it is gonna be a joy to watch."
Translation: "Go Packers!"
Love the team spirit, hope it wins. What's this about "your guy" beating out "our guy" by Summer time? The election isn't until November. I seem to remember a poll in 88 that had Mike Dukakis leading George H.W. Bush by a huge margin in August. I think your guy will still be in training camp at that point. Remember, it's just weeks until Pitchers and Catchers are due.
I'm a social liberal, a fiscal conservative...I don't believe in the invisible army, I think trickledown was a symptom of Alzheimers and this tax breaks to stimulate the economy and jobs thing is really misguided. But I'm old and wise enough to know that it doesn't matter what the party says or does...a bad president is a bad president. Whether that president is incompetent, evil or just can't get anything done (as many democrats have been guilty of) so why don't you come down out of the bleachers for a few minutes and really look at the issues...without all the bunting and "United We Stand" stickers. Your guy or our guy...I'd rather we vote by what is right for this country rather than what team you're on. So far, G.A.,you haven't presented a single counterpoint based on policy why I should vote for George W. Bush. Give me comparisons...not arguments. Provide insight...not conjecture. Change my mind instead of trying to piss me off. I've been pissed off most of my life...making me more angry certainly won't gain you any points. I'm just looking for someone with the guts to show me something that proves my pinko-commie-liberal-leftie slant to be misguided.
More meat! Less bread!
