EEE said the following:

"If there is one thing that I really hate about politics it is what I call "flip-flop hypocrisy." And by this I mean when one side or another will take an issue one year and then the next year the same side will run from it."

Triple E:

There is an explanation for this "flip-flop hypocracy" as you call it. Both the RIGHT and LEFT are set up in a phony battle, with both sides taking turns at hitting both sides of major issues. You should have noticed that George Bu$h Jr. constantly uses dualistic imagery:

"You're either with us, or against us."

"The right vs. the left."

I think of it as a bad 1950's black and white horror movie --- THE THING THAT ATE D.C. --- and the RIGHT and LEFT are the two arms on that monster. In which case the right and left arms of the monster are being propelled by the same force --- torso and legs --- if you stick with the monster analogy.

What they are counting on is the SHORT ATTENSION SPAN that they have created in most people --- that you won't remember that during the last election cycle the right said something that they would later contradict.

If you are really interested in knowing more about this subject, pick up TRAGEDY & HOPE by the late Professor Carroll Quigley. This book was quite an education for me, and a couple other people around here --- David and Reg I believe --- said that they read it as well.

Also, I would recommend these two books which can be downloaded online in PDF file format:

01) The Art Of War - Sun-Tzu

02) The Prince - Machiavelli

These two books will explain the genesis of the AmeriKan imperialstic attitude.

Happy reading!
