I think that is a backward solution. By banning those words in any form or censoring certain people from saying them you give them a mystifying power, and therefore they are more hurtful when they are used.
I sometimes think that we should all just get up in the morning and chant nigger,fag,kike, and whatever else until they are just meaningless sound, without the ability to cause harm that we bestow by treating them as different from other words.
