Perhaps you did not read my postings carefully enough --- I never said those things --- and they certainly aren't my personal positions on those subjects.

First of all --- as I said --- making political prisoners out of people like Ernst Zundel (go look him up if you aren't familiar with the case) --- lends creedance to the arguments that he is putting forth. However --- nowhere did I say that I PERSONALLY was taking what he says seriously.

In Zundel's case --- he claims to have performed DNA testing at the site of the Auschwitz ovens --- and he claims that what history says happened there didn't actually happen.

By making a political prisoner of this guy --- who is a scumbag of the highest order --- I have to wonder what someone somewhere is afraid of by his having a public voice. Because they have given this guy a larger soapbox by making him a political prisoner.

Idiots like this remove themselves from credible debate just by the nature of their arguments --- however --- with the authorities holding this guy --- it gives the impression that there are some backroom machinations going on.

Also --- I personally do not like the manner in which the Jewish faith has been infused with so much emotion that subjects like this cannot be disscused without responses such as the one you made.

A response that was not necessary.

And as I said yesterday --- and this bears repeating:

If I personally were of the Jewish faith --- I would be pretty pissed off that someone somewhere is making these matters much worse than they have to be. There is no other religion on the entire planet that has fostered and engendered this type of atmosphere.

The reason why I brought this up in the first place was because of the recent discussion of prejudice which took place here. My personal experience of reading HUTTON GIBSON'S writings on the Catholic Church had nothing to do with the Jewish Holocaust --- however there were quite a few people here who have opinions of this person solely by what they read someone else say about him.

Therefore --- yet another example of PREJUDICE . . .
