That's some ugly stuff you got there Roger. Looks like a witch hunt in search of a whipping boy. Shameful and disturbing behavior.

Yes Reg, abortion is shameful and disturbing behavior.

A person can oppose abortion (me), but believe that the government has no right to your medical records or control what you do with your body, my opposition to abortion is based on my morals, which my governement has no business controlling . . .

It does certainly seem that there is a war being fought in this country and this administration is leading the charge.

I would agree with that too.  We're talking about convenience though and that outweighs what a horrific procedure partial birth abortion is say nothing of your standard run of the mill abortion.

Convenience is a pathetic reason to have an abortion, but not the only one, I believe for most women it is an agonizing decision that they live with for the rest of their lives, again I can't make that decision for a woman and feel I have indirect influence with family and friends and more so if it were my child, but ultimately it is not my choice to control, no matter my personal feelings . . .

It would seem the intention is to rip us apart as a people and culture. Separate us based on race, income, and religious beliefs.

I thought this was what the Democrats had been doing all this time in the name of Cultural Diversity.

There are those of both parties, as well as on the fringe, that love to see us divided as a people, many republicans especially on the extreme right, who consistently marginalize those from lower socio-economic backgrounds, those of minority ethnicities, or those with lifestyles that don't fit the W.A.S.P. norm, I'm not lumping all Repubs in, nor should all dems stand accused of ripping us apart . . .

They seem to have eliminated the middle ground and through their actions the message is clear...you're either with them or against them.

I'm not sure there's a wishy-washy way to go about the war in Iraq so I suppose you're right.  What sort of middle ground are you refering to?

This is the kind of response that bugs me, it seems fairly obvious Reg is not talking about the literal process of being at war, if you fight, you fight to win, his point is if an american disagrees with our current administration's policies or motives, their treated as if their "against us", no I have no specific references, but there has been plenty of "love it or leave mentality" spread around over the last year . . .
