This is not why I posted this story Kevin G.  Nobody "likes" abortion.  And in keeping with the intent of my original post, that's all I will say about that.

It does certainly seem that there is a war being fought in this country and this administration is leading the charge.

I would agree with that too.  We're talking about convenience though and that outweighs what a horrific procedure partial birth abortion is say nothing of your standard run of the mill abortion. 

Again nobody's arguing the brutality of the procedure. The point AGAIN was about the attempted invasion of Privacy. Please focus your postings in this thread to that issue.  I, for one, won't be drawn into this particular debate.

It would seem the intention is to rip us apart as a people and culture. Separate us based on race, income, and religious beliefs.

I thought this was what the Democrats had been doing all this time in the name of Cultural Diversity.

They seem to have eliminated the middle ground and through their actions the message is clear...you're either with them or against them.

No but there was no shortage of wishy-washy "facts" that led us into Iraq. And yet again - nary a mention of the invasion of privacy issues.

Congratulations, you brought up everything except Amendments to the constitution for flag burners and gay marriages or even the topic of the thread.

Reg responded with a post in agreement with the perilous state of our basic liberties, your post fails to even mention Privacy. This is not a personal attack Kevin, but we know where most people stand here on the board already.

How would you feel if John Ashcroft, for whatever reason, wanted your medical records????  Would you hand them over with a smile, and without question??  And what if he didn’t bother to ask you personally, and tried to use the courts (your tax dollars) to make your doctor hand them over?? Is that Ok with you??
