We're off to Perth for a few days - the forecast maximum temperatures range between 35 and 40 degrees (and that's talking Celsius). I feel drained just thinking about it. We're going up to see the "Black-eyed Susans" - our favourite Melbourne band. Hopefully, will finally pick you up the CD, Gene!

Our local CD store had a half price sale last week, but you're not allowed to try before you buy. I bought two CD's on the recommendation of my favourite sales assistant - Gomez (Mick - any thoughts?) and Liz Phair - I see on the credits that it was mostly produced by Michael Penn. Haven't had time to listen much yet.
