I did not think I would be the only one responding to this

First, thanks for the birthday wishes.  Had a wonderful day eating chicken and grapes on the beach, watching Beker chase seagulls and building sandcastles.  Got a bit of a sunburn on my arms, but nothing too traumatizing.  
Missing Texas already I can tell :)

I've also started actually working to picture on the Runaway Jury movie, primarily on guitar, working with the composer Christopher Young.  Very challenging stuff at times, as Chris is a master of complex syncopation in keys generally not used in guitar.  (Eb, for example).
Did you read the book? One of his better actually. His latest one "King of Torts" will probably be made into a movie. The previous one "The Summons" was long and tedious and nothing happened until the very end..........

I also submitted a package to the producers of the show "BOOMTOWN", including a mock up of an opening  theme, so keep your fingers crossed for me. 
You mean like "your Boomtown". Now that would be awesome

Otherwise, I'm glad to see that more people seem to be coming to grips with the degree to which we've been misled, manipulated, and outright lied to by these straight shooters in the White House.  Thanks for that, Pat.  That is a fine birthday present indeed.   Somehow, someday, the truth about this stuff will out.  Let's just hope that it doesnt come too late.
Maybe I'm softening and maybe not.  I definitely look at the government different than you and I think that has to do with our upbringings but ultimately it is our decision. For a long time I did not appreciate the left but we need both sides for the balance. It's just that both sides are finding new and better ways to cheat :):)

Happy 43 is it? You got a lot of good music years left. Just keep on churning out the good stuff
