Was this a great weekend of football or what? Yes, my beloved Packers lost, but I have to tip my hat off to the four remaining teams. I can only hope that the next two weeks can live up to what we have witnessed to this point. I mean, first we had an amazing Baseball post season (even though the wrong two teams were in the W.S.) this past season. Two college football National Champs and now this, a legendary NFL playoff season. You know the real kicker would be me getting into the NBA and NHL post season match-ups. Well maybe I'm streching it a bit. No stretching it, would be me actualy giving a damn about The European/ English Professional football (soccer) leagues
With all that said, I believe that there is no home field advantage next weekend. Beware Patriots and Eagle fans, The Panthers and the Colts are not only fine football teams, they also are on a huge roll right now.
On the music front, the following discs are on heavy rotation on my stereo:
-Paul Kelly, "Ways & Means"
-Kate Rusby, "Underneath The Stars"
-Afrocelts, "Seed"
-Sinead O’Connor, "She Who Dwells…"
-David Kitt, "Square 1"
-Ulrich Schnauss, "A Strangely Isolated Place"
-Various Artists, "Sweetheart" a Hear Music Sampler from Starbucks (yes, I know!) that is truly wonderful.
Cheers,
Kevin
